On tap at The Magnet, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma has fresh straw, apple skins (?), and some mineraly notes. Flavour has bright green apples, straw, and dry bready malt. That apple character is unusual—not bad, just odd for the style. Clean and refreshing. Pleasant.

On tap at Herald Street. Pours clear pale blonde with a white head. Sweet biscuits and grass on the nose. Tastes like boiled root vegetables with some soggy saltines. Not a great kölsch.
