We use a large dose of non-GMO corn grown on our 5th generation family farm (located in Southeast Champaign County) to create this American classic. It’s fermented, conditioned, and lagered in our brewery for a full six weeks for an unbeatable smoothness.

16oz can c/o Ryan. Really nice American Lager. Gristy malts, balanced hop tone. Rich and flavorful for the style. Perhaps a pinch sweet. Excellent flavor. A pinch overcarbonated. Good.
