Holy moly, we’ve been waiting impatiently for this release! Brewed in collaboration with @brasseriesirjohn out in Lachute, Quebec! We couldn’t be more excited. A coast-to-coast beer that unites the 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐚𝐳𝐞.
This beer is a very 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞, complex fruit- and thiol-forward brew, made with 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞, 𝐍𝐞𝐥𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐮𝐯𝐢𝐧, 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐫𝐚, 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐧 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐚𝐢-𝐢𝐭𝐢 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐝-𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐣𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐞 🥵🥵🥵🥵. It showcases notes of papaya, soft mango, peach, and the beautiful complexity of New Zealand thiol power.

16oz shared with Alex during the tailgate party by the big slide playground 😂
Aroma: juicy, some hop burn, some hop burn.
Taste: along the same lines, quite skunk. Finishes with noticeable bitterness.
Overall: pleasant.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg 06 May 2026) in Bella Coola. Murky blonde with white head. Light zesty citrus hops with mild tropical underlay. Touch of yeast, but quite balanced. Decent.
