Saturated DDH IPA
A fully saturated Hazy DIPA built with a deliberate focus on texture and layered hop expression.
The hot side is charged at 10 g/L with Freestyle Motueka, Peacharine and Citra, establishing a vibrant foundation of bright citrus and stone fruit. This is followed by a Clean Fusion dry hop of the same trio, preserving aromatic clarity while amplifying intensity.
A composition of Southern Hemisphere character sits at the core, supported by a confident Citra lift that brings definition and energy to the profile.
Fermented with london fog yeast and built on a grist of 30% oats and 30% spelt, the result is a beer of generous mouthfeel and soft structure, carrying saturated hop character through to a smooth, persistent finish.

From a 440ml can on 10/5/2026. Pours a milky pale golden with a medium head. The nose features lots of punchy citrus with some peach in the background. Tastes of orange, lemon, lime and white grape, with a hint of peach. Firmly bitter, with lots of citrus rind and a hint of hop burn at the back. Savoury, assertive and satisfying. nice stuff.
