We wanted to brew a classic West Coast with a modern twist, so we added Krush hops and rye malt. Krush sets the tone with fresh citrus and juicy stone fruit, while rye malt adds a slightly spicy edge, adding a touch of tension and character without sacrificing the clean style. The Chinook and Simcoe build on this with pine, depth, and a classic bitterness. Citra keeps things fresh and bright with citrus and grapefruit.

Geprobeerd op het Nederlands Speciaalbier Festival in den Bosch, met LiekevdV, Roelzie, SandervdL en KimH. Het is een helder goudgeel bier met een medium witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van hop en hars. De smaak is vol hoppig en bitter met een zacht bittere afdronk.
