Keg at the brewery, 8/2/2025. Clear amber, medium off-white head, average retention. Aroma of grapefruit, pine, dank. Taste is dandelion, grass, pine, grapefruit. Strong bitterness. New brewery! Brewery # 2593, USA # 1981, Wisconsin # 240.
