On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a hazy dark reddish amber with a small white head. Aroma has a great, complex brett expression, with tart berries, soft wheat, and maybe a hint of peach acidity. Flavour reveals a next-level Berliner, showcasing that great brett, soft wheat, lightly tart, dry and yet juicy beriess. Yeah, this brett and fruit character work wonderfully. One of the best fruited Berliners I can remember having in recent years.
