Crisp blanche with a fresh, fruity flavor and aroma
Mondo Blanche is a great thirst quencher, a fresh Belgian-inspired blanche with a delicious flavor and aroma of exotic citrus fruits.

Can 50 cl. Cloudy, yellowish golden with a small, white head. Quite an interesting aroma from the artificial flavorings - quite far from an traditional Wit. Light, dry, fruity body - orange and ginger notes come to mind. A mostly dry finish. Interesting. 280526

cloudy yellow, white bubbly head
citrus, oranges, flowers in the aroma. very initially lemongrass like notes, leading me to think belgian wit, but then more lime, lemon, oranges than a belgian, making me think more hop driven aroma, also not very yeasty so more french blanche, but not traditional french blance. too much hops, too little crazy yeast. aroma might fit in with industrial belgian blanche beers though, being quite perfumey and artificial.
flavor is refreshing, fruity, slightly soapy, alc. bitterness, weird bitter grainy malty note. Drinkable but clearly industrial.
