Draft at the source. Pours dark brown with a light beige head. Aroma of dark malts, coffee, chocolate. Taste follows nose with an emphasis on the coffee. Very good.

Crowler pours out a dark brown topped with a small head. Nose is roast malts coffee chocolate. Taste is more of the roast malts sweetness.

Bottle - Coffee, dark roast and some light soap. Deep jet brown with a decent beige head. Dark chocolate, coffee and a long finish. Decent.

Crowler thanks to beastie. Pours a very dark brown with small beige head. The aroma is strong coffee bean and cocoa. Medium mouth, dry roast, cocoa, lingering dry finish, good.

32oz growled can. Black with khaki head. Light coffee, no off putting coffee, almost natural. Flavor is a just thinner than I want. But light slightly burnty malts. A little smokey end with ash and cigarettes. Just very light. Growing on me as I drink.

Huge can growler thanks to Eugene. Pours a dark black color with a medium white head. A big sweet coffee aroma. The flavor is big sweet coffee, chocolate, vanilla, creamy. Nice.

Growler courtesy jackl. Thanks! Opened 8/22/14. Pours a dark brown color with a thin creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of rich coffee with some chocolate and roast. The taste is bitter dark chocolate, bitter coffee, roasty finish. Thin-medium bodied, lingering bitterness.

Draft at the source. Hazy brownish maroon color, tan head. Aroma of coffee grounds, mild espresso, subtle malted milk. Taste is toasted brown bread dipped in coffee. Just the right amount of coffee, doesn’t overwhelm the base beer.
