This pilsner features a decoction mash to increase the overall pilsner malt complexity. Strong, bot not harsh, bitterness balances this malt complexity and rounds this lager out to a smooth, drinkable finish. Copious amounts of Czech Saaz hops were added to the boil to bring a nice earthy and spiciness to the finished product.
