This beer was born from a trifecta of wheat malts, brewed with a hefty dose of brown sugar and gracefully aged in high age statement bourbon barrels for 29 months.

This behemoth stout was brewed with a mélange of wheat malts contributing a rich and decadent mouthfeel that carries through the entirety of the palate. A hefty addition of brown sugar marries with dark crystal malts for a depth of caramel and toffee notes. This batch was aged in all Heaven Hill casks with the majority being 20 year bourbon barrels, that imbue a hefty, round and slightly funky well-aged spirit character!
