Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Hazy golden color. Nice IPA with timid citrusy hops and mild cereally malts, balanced.
Not a game changer. But quite good anyway.

Draft - Nice grapefruit citrus. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Sweet grapefruit, resin and a dry fruity finish. Lots of sweet rind throughout.

On Tap deep orange with a sturdy off white head, thick sheeting lacing. Pithy cirtusy hop aroma, and the malt an fhop flavors are a little candy-like. Theres a little holiday spice in there somehow.

Pour is a clear orange with a large white head. Aroma is plenty hoppy with lots of citrus. Flavor is tropical fruity hops with a nice bitterness after the swallow. Solid west coast IPA.

On tap at Harry’s Hofbrau. Main aroma is a weird mix of citrus and doughy malt. Hazy orange with full white head. Taste is orange, and biscuit malt. Finishes moderately high bitter. Has too many aspects of an English IPA for a brew from these guys.

12 oz bottle poured. Updated orange label. Pours a light orange color with a big foam head and lacing. Compared to other IPA’s from these guys, I’ll consider this one hell of a session IPA. Nice sweet tropical fruit and hops aroma. Flavor is heavy on citrus and tropical fruit as well. Tasty hop finish. Just right amount of sweetness to it. This is an IPA I can drink consistently. Very nice.

12 ounce bottle from Beer Run. Clear golden, medium sized fizzy white head. Good retention. Aroma of pale malt, floral notes, tropical hops. The taste is doughy pale malt, citrus, tropical fruits, zest, vanilla. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, moderate lingering bitterness, well balanced.

Dark amber small head. Pine cone aroma. Some bitter orange peel and hay. Crystal malt. Has an esb sort of taste. Inter sting finish. Like an old shoe. Some caramel. Sticky sort of weird taste. Up front taste was a classic west coast ipa

Bottle at Komachi. Nose is lemon, skunk, dank. Smells skunked almost, but it surely isn’t. Interesting aromas therefore. Lightly tropical, oranges. Deep golden color with lace. Dry, fruity hop flavor, citrus and tropical, and bit of stinky durian. Fullish body. Not amazing, but interesting.
