Highly carbobated light Amber color. Frothy rocky white head. Very dry hoppy nose with lots of mangoes. The mouth is dry hoppy, slightly austere with lots of pineapples and mangoes. Dry bitter finish. Very pleasant WCIPA.

Bottle - clear copper - moderate lace - some dank tropical and citrus oil aromas, orange peel, pine - low carbonation, medium body - medium sweet, toasty maltiness, but also some odd burnt character - hop profile has way too much damn Simcoe, so while there is some pleasant citrus character, there is also quite a bit of garlicky character - finish has a kind of rough bitterness - pretty disappointing, but drinkable enough.

Bottle: Copper pour, lots of beige head and sheet lacing. Nose is distinctly tropicalโ€ฆ grapefruit and mango. Nice hops flavor, citrus, more tropical notes, and pine. No real bitters, just layered flavor. It has a nice relaxing effect on my palate. One of those IPAs I could sit back and have several of.

12 oz bottle. Pours clear deep old gold with a thick cream-colored head with good retention; laces nicely. Aroma is kind of muted, with a bit of floral, pineapple, cotton candy, grain. Taste is highly bitter backed by a candy sweetness thatโ€™s kind of nice. Carbonation is a little harsh, medium body. Itโ€™s ok, but kind of bland, really.

Soul Style IPA 6.5% Bottle from Tsuta Saketen Served in a plastic cup in Matsuyama. A great looking golds. Copper pour with a great light beige head of foam that lasts. The bouquet lives up to the tropical label while the taste is straight up bitter green hop pellets complimented with a sweet malt backbone. A very good IPA, though not that complex but the simple message it delivers I enjoy.

Bottle. Pours with a crystal clear golden hued body with a large fluffy white head with good retention. Aromas are of papaya, grassy, guava, green, floral, green/iced tea, low esters. Flavors are of green papaya, bready/biscuity malt, restrained bitterness, floral, pineapple, doughy, light ester, citrus and tea. Not bad but missing a hop flavor/aroma intensity of some of the better beers out there. Perfectly drinkable and balanced. Medium carbonation, mostly dry. Good.

Crisp, biting IPA. On the resinous side, slippery body with small soapy head. Hops dominate aroma and taste, sharp , crisp hop finish.

On tap @ Freshcraft Denver. Pours a slightly dark golden orange appearance with a long lasting cream colored head. Some pine, lemon, and grass offered in the aroma. Medium body. A little cookie, orange, grapefruit, and moderately bitter pine in the flavor. Just fine.
