Shallot and grapefruit peel nose, strong. Hazy amber, firm medium yellow head. Grapefruit and pine needle flavor, good intensity, some onion notes. Medium body, resinous, moderate carbonation. Not my favorite hop bill, but I like this beer fairly well.

Tap at the University of Beer in Davis, CA. Pours hazy lite amber with a white head. Aroma is fresh pale stone fruit. Med body. Flavor is mixed lighter fruits, maybe some pine. Finishes both fruity and bitter. Very nice.

On tap at mad mex. Better than expected. Canβt be an IPA, must be another style that is much more gentle. Candy like aroma. Sweet and friendly on the nose without being volatile. Looks like pale lager. Some fizz. Laid back fer sure compared to other IPA. Easy to take, I think its pretty good!. Overall, not bad, yes better than expected. Unique in a leathery kind of way for an IPA. Maybe other brewers should check with GF to find out how to make an enjoyable less bitter IPA, LoL.
