SLURP Surfin' is our West Coast iteration of the SLURP series. This beer pulls in the same thiol utilization as Big SLURP and Lil SLURP, specifically with the same mash hops, Experimental 17701, to fuel the thiol character in Lil SLURP. The bitterness that contributes to the West Coast concept comes from Mosaic Incognito hops used in the whirlpool. The beer is then dry hopped with more Mosaic, Simcoe, and Centennial hops resulting in a fruity, bright, and piney west coast beer with awesome grapefruit zest notes from the thiol character.
