Schooner Farmer is a downright reckless Wet Hop West Coast IPA. An absurd amount of both fresh Wet Hop Vic Secret (picked off the bine in the Victorian High Country that very morning) and pellets were simply abused in the making of this creation. Using our patent technique of steeping then sending the wet hops through our mash filter for maximum extraction, we also dry hopped this marvel heavily with a mix of Vic Secret and US Cascade and Mosaic. Whilst all about the hops, this beer is based on a rock solid malt body of purely Voyager Craft Malt, including some Ethiopian Black Barley for extra
complexity. Drinking superbly balanced, the cutting bitterness is perfectly juxtaposed against a stylistically firm bitterness. The wet hops will leave a slick oiliness
on your pallet in an all out flavour explosion, making you question your entire existence. The Schooner Farmer is truly something to behold, and won't be around long.Cheers!
