Säuerlicher, zu trockener Antrunk. Die zitrusartige Säuerlichkeit setzt sich fort, malzig herb. Leider bleibt die Säuerlichkeit nicht konstant sondern schwindet schon früh, mild getreidig. 9/9/11/9//9

Bottle. Light hazy brown liquid with medium light tan head. Aroma of apple skin, light acetic acid, grain, light caramel, wood, light chocolate, lemon and light barnyard. Taste is very light sweet and medium to high sour with notes of apple skin, light acetic acid, lemon, grain and red onion. Medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Nice but a bit different from usual Brekeriet beers.

Bottled at Babajan, Stockholm. Cloudy copper colour, small head. Acidic nose with wood and port. Acidic with underlying malt sweetness and rounded mouthfeel. Vinegar, some bready malt, lingonberries and white pepper. Vinegary finish. Interesting!
