Bottle shared @ Tullen Svingeln during RBScSG. Pours hazy reddish brown with a frothy offwhite/beige head that leaves some sparse trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is sour, malty and fruity with dark bread, biscuits, caramel, lemon juice, very ripe pineapple, dark grapes, red wine vinegar, moist hay, moist wood and lemon zest. Taste is heavy sour, malty and fruity. Mouthfeel is sharp, tart, dry, mouth-puckering and medium bodied. Finish is sour with dark bread, caramel, lemon juice, raisins, red wine vinegar, moist wood and lemon zest. Heavy sour but quite good. Perhaps turn down the acidity slightly.

Pinkish, medium head over hazy red beer. Sour, fruitacids, sour cherries, lactic acid, farmyard odours. Sour cherry bit lactic, fruitacids, bit astringent. Dry-out effect, long lasting acidity. Quite good, sour. VERY sour, if you catch my drift. Can’t say I noticed the port.
