Skeleton Brut debuted in 2018, a unique collaboration with our neighbors at The Skeleton Root urban winery. Sporting the characteristic bone-dryness, this Brut Imperial IPA is brewed with grape must and yeast from a bee’s knees (seriously) sourced from Cincinnati’s Eden Park. This year’s release is a Brut double feature: two different beers, two different grapes. Skeleton Brut Red uses Chambourcin grapes, adding a tannic touch to this wonderfully complex brew. A limited release, available in bottles and on draft.
