Leaning into Spring, we've foraged wild nettle tips and gorse flowers to be steeped in the hop gun, allowing nature's ingredients to steer this flavour profile. Floral coconut flavours of the gorse flowers blend seamlessly with green earthiness from the nettle tips.
We’ve also added hops Saaz and Sabro in the mix to back up the soft floral notes and round off this light sessionable spring ale into a clean and delicate offering.

Tap 73 Enid Street. A mostly clear pale gold coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet, earthy grains, damp hay, grass, little flabby on the nose. Flavour is composed of super crisp, tart citrus, pinch of salt, grass,, hay. Firm drying bitterness. Not much to it. Bit chalky in the finish. 6.8
Can at home picked up from 73 Enid, A light hazed golden bright straw, yellow coloured pour with a fading white head. Aroma is soft, delicate, lemon balm, meadow, pollen, light florals. Flavour is composed of semi crisp, light flaked grains, rustic, lemon balm, spring, green shoots, chalky, Palate is super crisp, light peppery carbonation. not bad. Light a quenching.
