A rustic pale ale with Maris Otter, spelt, raw wheat & rye. Perle and Spalt Select in the boil and a huge amount of Hukins Goldings in the hop back. Pithy citrus notes of grapefruit and orange with a peppery note.

Cask at the Wenlock arms. A almost clear rustic gold yellow coloured pour with a a lasting white froth. Aroma is rustic earthy grains, straw, grass, hedgerow hop fluffy wheat. Flavour is composed of earthy bready grains, pillow wheat, grass, oranre rind, hedgerow hop. Firm grassy bitterness. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, pillowy soft cask condition. Decent drop, lacks a clear direction.

Cask at The Star & Garter, Bromley. Aromas of orange toffee, black pepper, caramel. Taste is a fair mix of the above. Malty sweet with a light bitter backbone.
