Nous sommes particulièrement heureux de vous présenter cette superbe collaboration avec nos amis de 5e Baron. Pour l’occasion, nous avons brassé une West Coast IPA avec une stylistique "new school". Nous y avons mis beaucoup d'amour ainsi que les houblons Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo, Strata Cryo & Columbus Cryo. Cette semaine, nos amis de 5e Baron fêtent leur 6e anniversaire. Longue vie à eux et à l'amitié entre nos deux brasseries !

Can: Poured a slightly hazy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with faint bitterness. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some faint bitterness and a semi-dry finish. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable new style of West Coast IPA.

A lightly hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light dank notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous piney hops, light dank notes, light cereals, pleasant. On tap at Hautes Plaines location.
