Fawn is a base of our house Belgian Witbier, Whitetail, but amped up a bit by conditioning on fresh tangerine puree. The base is inspired by our favorite iteration of the style and is made up of over 30% wheat and a hefty dose of oats for a hazy appearance and full mouthfeel. We steeped freshly crushed coriander and curacao orange peel in the kettle, giving it a citrusy backbone and refreshing dry finish. Then, it’s further conditioned on Perfect for crushing outside on a sunny day. Notes of fresh squeezed orange juice, crisp Asian pears, and cracked black peppercorns.
