Skinny 12 oz can from chalet. Pour is light pale with a slight haze. Decent controlled head fades to a scum. Clean fresh macro lager nose. First taste is unexpectedly quite refreshing, bubbly carbonation. Flavor is certainly pale lager, but there is a slight tartness about it that is hiding in the background and piquing my interest. I want to say its lemon, but it aint. Yes this is going down way too easy! Really enjoying this brew. That mild tartness on top of the zinging carbonation really makes this a pale lager treat. One of the better pale lagers I've had in a long time. Right up there with some of my highest rated pale lagers like Birdfish Bird Light, Wiedemann's Black Cat Light, Grand Central St. Petian, Fifty West American Lager, Rhinegeist Cincy Light and Samuel Adams American Light. You go biker brewhouse!
