This delicious pale ale is juicy, hazy, and crushable. A totally new-school take on an old-school American craft beer, Envie is bursting with glorious hop aromas of mango, lychee, orange, and other tropical fruits. This beer pulls of the incredible feat of having the best juicy qualities of hops but none of the harsh, bitter finish you may be used to.

Draft at Churchkey for the The Southern Craft Brewer Night: Burial, Fonta Flora, Great Raft, Parish & Wicked Weed. Poured a golden yellow color with a small off-white head. Aroma was light citrus, floral notes. Earthy notes, some medicinal characteristics. Light pine.

4 oz pour on draft at Meridian Pint during the SAVOR event. Slightly hazy golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of citrus, floral, pine. Same on the taste. Medium body with a dry finish. Very tasty and refreshing, especially after walking 5-10 minutes in the summer heat.

Keg at Avenue Pub - NOLA. Pours hazy yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. Vibrant, juicy and citrus in the nose, with undertones of pale bread, tangerine. Light-medium sweet flavour with lots of juicy citrus fruits, cantaloupe, papaya, melon, mandarin orange, light bitterness. Light in body with average carbonation. Finishes with more fresh, juicy citrus character, some grapefruit, tangerine, melon. Delicious. I’m very surprised by the ratings for this beer, as I think it’s excellent.

Shared 12 oz. bottle. Pours gold with a large white head with good retention. Aroma of citrus, faint pine, and...plastic? Taste is citrus, grapefruit, floral hops, and pine. Moderately bitter finish. Quite drinkable.
