Pours very hazy deep golden amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, mango, melon, citrus peel/zest, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, mango, melon, citrus peel/zest, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of red grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, mango, melon, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, fairly sticky, and lightly resinous mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.1%. Overall this is an excellent American pale ale. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and pretty refreshing to drink with the mellowly bitter/drying finish; awesomely soft feel for the ABV. Feels like Centennial and Amarillo. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a great wheat/malt backbone for the ABV. Mild residual sweetness with lingering dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example. Feels very close to a New England style.

Solid APA, not too hoppy, well balanced

Bottle thanks to Gibson. Pours a cloudy orange gold with small white head that lasts. The aroma is melon, pineapple, resin. Medium body, juicy hop, mango, melon, dust, light bitternes, really enjoyed this.

4 oz pour on draft at Meridian Pint during the SAVOR event. Slightly hazy golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of citrus, floral, pine. Same on the taste. Medium body with a dry finish. Very tasty and refreshing, especially after walking 5-10 minutes in the summer heat.
