Cold Pressed In Green: Nelson Sauvin is a brand new Double IPA that we've brewed in collaboration with the legends at Good Land in Traralgon, Victoria. This beer is a Nelson Sauvin fusion of their Cold Pressed Hop Juice series and our world famous Dripping In Green™ series. We sourced some fresh Nelson Sauvin Cold Pressed Hop Juice which we added in late - then bombed it with Nelson T90 for a full on kiwi hop dank greenness. On the nose, pungent is probably the only word you can use to fully describe the intensity of the aroma profile. Pungent and sticky green grape, dank mango and a whole heap of passionfruit. Take a sip and you'll really get the full expression that the Cold Pressed Hop Juice brings. A real sense of tasting the hops straight off the vine. Expressive and pungent passionfruit dominates the palate, with lychee and mango coming in late before a final hit of sticky mango nectar. The body is soft and pillowy and really allows the flavours to relax and mellow all over your mouth with each sip. As good as the colour green gets.

From a 440ml can on 15/5/2026. Pours a hazy golden with a medium to biggish head. The nose is green and dank, with notes of melon, passionfruit and grape. It's rinse and repeat on the sip, with the passionfruit and melon really prominent, leading into a white grape finish that's very tangy with a moderate to firm lingering bitterness. Silky mouthfeel with average carbonation. An intense, winning big hazy.
