An extravagant Imperial Stout aged for 20 months in mixed bourbon barrels. This year’s vintage of Temple of Minerva aged gracefully for 20 months in 10 year Elijah Craig bourbon barrels and pulled beautiful vanillins from the oak as well as a rich burnt sugar profile that adds to the immense depth of this batch of Temple of Minerva. We love this beer.
