Made with our Belgian yeast blend, which produces notes of pear, apples, honey and banana.

This time atop a crisp and clean malt bill to make an ultra pale, dry, golden tripel.

Dangerously drinkable!

Bottle thanks to Stuu. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thick white head. Aromas of pear, dough, almond maybe? Taste is light spice, more pear. Dry finish.

Bottle thanks to Stuu.
Appearance - cloudy golden yellow. Thin off white head.
Nose - burnt toffee, clove and lemon custard.
Taste - lemon custard, orange marmalade shred and honey.
Palate - medium bodied, boozy and sweet.
Overall - not as tangy clean on the finish as hoped for. Too sweet for the style.
