clear amber brown, beige head.
caramelly nutty aroma, herbal (mountain herbs) but rounded hoppy bitterness. In a way a traditional danish brown ale. quite balanced.
Flavor is very balanced, brown sugar, caramel, bitter sweet nutty malts, good bitter hop bite that does not taste like a black ipa but more like an ESB - only more gentle as not to overwhelm the malts. all very balanced and blended together yielding a sweet nuty syrupy slightly bitter taste. the bitterness is high but not bitter nuts not bitter caramel not bitter herbal, just delicious beer bitterness ;-) If i should be really unfair i'd put the bitterness to tilt a tiny bit towards burnt plastic.

Bottle from Netto @ Home. Pours clear dark golden with an offwhite head. Aroma of malt, caramel, nuts, little fruit. Flavor is sweet, malt, caramel, nutty. Thin to medium body, soft to average carbonation, sweet finish. 270526
