Incorrigible celebrates the beauty of mischief. Wild yeasts and bacteria run free in our sour-aging cellar, the House of Funk, creating vibrant sour and acidic character in this delicate, yet complex wheat beer. The refreshingly tart session beer will tease your palate with a subtle, layered nuance

2013 bomber from Willrunforbeer, drunk 1/15/23, thanks! Clear, deep brass. Foamy ring of bubbles. Wow this is not oxidized somehow. Smells cidery, tough not in a bad way. Moderate lactic and light acetic acids with soft wheat. Clean with light oak and vanilla, no alcohol. Soft, tart, mildly acetic with nutty, soft wheat and some cider character on the finish. Lots of wheat and soft oak tannin with big vanilla produced as a result. It's like they got in on the Berliner Weisse craze before the Berliner Weisse craze started.

Bomber shared by Marcus. Pours gold with a white head. Slightly acidic/sour aroma. Med body. Flavor is tart/sour, arguably citrus, and I think an ending lactic note in the finish. Fits the style.

Sample from 2013 batch at Denver Rare Beer Tasting VII on 09/25/2015. The beer pours a clear golden color with a thin white head that evaporates steadily to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Aroma of citrus, oak and vanilla. Light-bodied with flavors of tart berries, citrus, oaky vanilla and yeast. The finish is moderately tart with a berry aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
