Incorrigible celebrates the beauty of mischief. Wild yeasts and bacteria run free in our sour-aging cellar, the House of Funk, creating vibrant sour and acidic character in this delicate, yet complex wheat beer. The refreshingly tart session beer will tease your palate with a subtle, layered nuance

Pink color. Strongly acidic aroma. Flavor is sour, just a little wheat. Some berry in the flavor also, but that is light. Simple but good flavor.

Shared bomber. Clear gold color, looks like apple cider. Super, super tart! Then sweet lemon-orange fruit. I have little experience with the style. I enjoyed it.

22 oz. bottle. Pours dark, purplish-red, with a small, off-white head and lots of fizzy carbonation. The nose is strong berries, followed up with lemon juice, yogurt, white bread, and butterscotch. Predominantly tart flavor, with some nice fruity sweetness. Light to medium body, very lively and bubbly, acidic, and crisp. Overall, this is an assertive Berlinerweisse, but the fruit additions mellow it out well, and round out a very nice, tart beer.

Bomber brought back from the Midwest this summer - since New Holland distributes in CO now, I guess I’ll drink this - pour doesn’t look like much - clear gold - no head - no noticeable bubbles - looks more like a white wine than a beer - nose is lactic tartness and oak, with a touch of funkiness and white grape - flavor is similar - watery texture - moderate oak, lactic tartness, sour white grape, and a finish of white vinegar - a touch of wheat sweetness thankfully balances a little - mild funk and sour apple linger - really uneven.

Nice and tart, very pale golden, almost whitish. Pours out with thin airy head, aroma of tart apples, flavor is more tart apples and a sharp yeasty element. Dry finish.

Bottle pours with a clear gold body that supports a white head. The aroma offers up woody notes, tartness, a bit of funk and acidic smelling citrus. The taste is very much the same as I get a refreshing palate full of tartness and earthy to spicy wood notes where there’s lesser amounts of citrus tartness and acidic flavors. This could be a bit less acidic and tart but still a nice refreshing brew.

Refrigerated brown bomber poured into a glass. Slightly hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is nice tart, medium/kight body, medium/low carbonation, some lime, and thin small-bubble lacing. Taste is tart, funky, acidic, and soft finish. Real flavorful berliner.

Look, this was @ the gardens, great place for a beaver countian Rbeerian. I thought this would be a rather rude beer, especially from the start, it came across with a permanent hair treatment smell. However after the taste I fell for it. It was so tart and tasty. Mind you. Not overt the top in vinegar but just enough to make you think that it was healing yer gout, yummy. Such a good, well made American beer. Fun and interesting, goes well with a vinegary romain salad, yea! THIS BEER ROCKS
