Can poured into a stange.
Appearance: nice looking golden color with mild clarity and a finger and a quarter's worth of white frothy head which dissipated nicely but ended up barely leaving any lace
Aroma: soft biscuity to floral to earthy intertwined qualities with a touch of honey and an even lighter whiff of alcohol which to be honest just seems very inconsistent
Flavor: mostly sweet through the prior noted aromatics and finishes semi-crisp with a slighter heavier lean into the biscuity-ness
Texture: light to medium bodied; very sessionable; very good smoothness with nothing distracting anywhere; good carb level
Overall: I say a very nicely done Kolsch I would very much love to return to.
