One of our more complex fruited sours, this one started off as a sour farmhouse that was then aged for a year in white and red wine barrels with brett and lacto strains. It was then aged further on Tangerine, Blueberry, Raspberry and fresh watermelon giving it an intense fresh fruit aroma and taste with a nuanced backbone of white grape and red berries with a sour twang. This is a very limited edition beer we may never see again. Cheers!
