Hrdá nositelka ocenění Regionální potravina Středočeská a Potravinářský výrobek Středočeského kraje.
Spodně kvašené polotmavé pivo. Má příjemnou karamelově sladovou chuť po použitých sladech, přitom ale nechává vyniknout i jemné hořkosti žateckých chmelů.

Tap at Le Senk, Bratislava. Amber color with medium off-white head. Caramel malt, red fruits in aroma. Taste, malt, caramel, harsh bitterness in finish.

Tap at Starosloviensky. Aroma caramel, fruity, light light chocolate. Clear amber colour. Moderate duration of head. Taste is quite clean, soft mouthfeel, easily drinkable. Light off fruitiness, but not too much. Czech caramel malt. Good one.

petka z pivovaru. Hazy amber colour, mid-sized off-white head. Lovely aroma of caramel and hops. Medium-bodied, intensive malty base with hints of forest honey, caramel and roasetd malts. Spicy aromatic hops round it off, the smooth and velvety palate transports the flavours perfectly. Another superb beer from this brewery.

It’s not really a Christmas Tasting in Odense. Copper with a lasting tan head. Malty aroma with bread and biscuit, and faint herbal hops. Sweetish rich malty flavour with herbal and spicy hops and a good and lasting bitter finish.

Tap @ Brewpub. Pours unclear amber with a creamy head. Creamy, smooth and soft texture. Grassy hops and chewy caramel. Bitter hoppy finish. Fresh is the word. Holy ish.. Reminds me of Basta’s Polotmavy.
