Spodně kvašené polotmavé pivo. Má příjemnou karamelově sladovou chuť po použitých sladech, přitom ale nechává vyniknout i jemné hořkosti žateckých chmelů.

Bottled 500ml. -from Pivny Raj Bratislava. Amberish coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, light caramel in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, light nutty and touch of red apple with rather sweet finish. Discreet cinnamon touch in the finish. Drinkable.

Thanks Ogi! Lovely clear amber-red body with a creamy off white head with relatively good retention. Gum/berry mild malty aroma. Smooth candyish simple malty taste. Very much simple, but interesting, tasty and drinkable. Scant to no hoppiness. Definitely a different polotmavý ležák than the norm is, and I kinda like it!

Bottle from Pezinska Pivna pumpa as Trinactka Pours clear amber with decent head. Aroma offers roasted malt. In taste this is topped by light caramel line and light to medium bitterness. It's a good one in this category.

Keg at the Brewpub in Slany Day 5 of Fergus and Sarah’s Czech jaunt. 3/10/14. Clear reddy / copper coloured pour, with a fleetinghalo of sticky cream head. Aroma is sweet biscuity and toasted malts, toffee, unrefined sugars. Flavour is composed of brown bread, toasted malts, light jammy fruits, rye spice and a touch of sweet toffe, but rounds out nicely. Palate is just beautiful, just melts in the mouth, slightly creamy, highish carbonation. Really tasty, very good balance.

3rd Oct 2014, 0.3 litre on-tap pour in Pivovarsky Klub, Prague: listed as Antos 13 Polotmavy Special, assume this is it. Pours a deep amber, chestnut red with a creamy head. Aroma was caramel malty with a slight smokiness. Taste wise it was as the smell, caramel sweetness with a mild hint of smoke. The hops came late on and I thought the body was rich and deep.
