If nostalgia had a taste, this would be it. An ode to where American hoppy beer began, Dwell West (C-Hops) shines. Citra + Centennial in whirlpool, then Cascade + Chinook in dry hop with a base of Pilsner and Vienna malt. It’s a beer of soft bitterness juxtaposed by honey on warm bread and resinous grapefruit pith. It’s just… lovely. And it feels like it embodies so much of the spirit of Sojourn; intentionality, restraint, celebration
