Golden Ale with sage, truly bitter with a subtle Bouquet. In the depths of a glass of La Meule lurks a truly amazing fresh, herbal kick that will instantly convince you this one deserves to be put in a class of its own. Intense herbal aroma, soft on the palate. balanced and complex, with a hint of sage. Long herbal (bitter) dry finish.

A beer that it is for me a real pleasure to try it, anti ipa or not fashionable but a beer with notes of sage, coriander, spicy and fruity, smooth, malty with a regular note of hop at the final, original, 08.02.2021, drinking it at home, Epalinges, tasting it sometimes and it was all the time a great pleasure for your lips.

On tap @ Red John Irish Pub, Solothurn, Switzerland. Slightly unclear pale golden body with a small, lacing white head. Aroma has light pale malt, mild fruitiness, floral, ginger, hint of lemon and spicy yeast. Flavor is light and smooth pale malt, mild citric fruit, ginger, wheat, some lemon and herbs. Light body, that is perfect for this beer and the same light and refreshing aftertaste. Nothing complex, but a superb thirst quencher, I actually had a few pints of this instead of ticking some less interesting beers at this pub.

Bottle with swingtop 0,33ltr: Hazy yellow coloured brew with an fine well balanced taste of spices (i think red pepper), and hintgs of oranges, Quite good beer from the Swiss Jura canton.

Well, in honor of the city going to hell over the monuments coming from down, let's try something a little spicy!

Switzerland - a couple serviceable wins in the group along with an expected loss to Brazil, and a loss to Portugal in the RO16 that’s better left unmentioned.

0.33l bottle thanks to Lore. Golden body with a thin and loose white head. According to the label they used sage but I rather get chamomille and coriander as spices. The beer also shows notes of orange zest, sugar syrup and medicinal hops. Correct beer.
