Gulden Draak Vintage Ale - 2025

Unique and limited edition, this Belgian dark ale is brewed once a year as a special treat. For anyone who appreciates flavorful, bottle-conditioned ales. Our Belgium Vintage Ale is a warm, dark brown color, pours a rich, effervescent head and has a full body with notes of roasted malt and underlying fruit. The secondary fermentation, completed with a Bordeaux yeast, helps create a smooth mouthfeel so that it's quite drinkable even at 9% abv. It's ready to enjoy and will also continue to evolve interestingly well, developing complex flavors over time. If you wish to cellar any bottles, it is best served slightly chilled around 53 deg. F and should be opened carefully.
