Starry Noche is back––bolder and more decadent than ever. This barrel-aged imperial stout has evolved from a fun anniversary release in 2020 to a cult classic and one of our most sought-after beers. Our 2026 blend was aged in seven-year Weller Bourbon, 10-year Buffalo Trace Bourbon, nine-year Stagg Jr. Bourbon, eight-year Willett Bourbon and 15-year Old Fitzgerald Bourbon barrels, then finished on copious amounts of toasted coconut flakes, unsweetened raw coconut chips and toasted hazelnuts. Intense coconut dominates the nose, followed by sweet oak and toasted bourbon.
