On tap at Ology - Tampa, pours jet black with a tiny head. Aroma is dominated by the banana upfront, which drowns out all else—none of the other adjuncts are all that present—with a touch of bourbon in there. Flavour is super rich and much more cohesive, with intense banana, accentuated by bourbon, toasted nuts, and a touch of sherry. That banana comes through beautifully. One of the best banana beers I’ve had.
