A West Coast Pale Ale brewed with our friends at CLS Farms for the Craft Brewers Conference. We used all Pils malt to keep the focus on CLS El Dorado, Amarillo, and some early pick CTZ. We didn't fine this one to keep from losing any of the lovely hop flavor and aroma.

Draught at south philly location: clear gold with white head. Piny, biscuit, melon and cooked piña. Taste is fairly bitter, dry. Solid bit not lifechanging.
