On tap at Green Bench, pours a hazed dull pinkish colour with a small white head. Aroma has intense red apple core, with an almost rotting character to it, with a touch of funk in there. Flavour is quite different, with a bone dry fleshy red apple core dominating, with cranberry undertones. Super dry, so much fleshy red apple core. Fascinating apple expression. Good stuff.
