On tap at Green Bench, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some fleshy red apples, light apple core, and gentle champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is clean and vibrant, with big champagne-like effervescence, crisp apple skins, light funk. Vibrant, lively carb, and complex for an almost single-varietal. Very good.
