After exploring the heavens and a wide range of hops, we return to the center of our solar system with Helios. A new spring IPA with a simple kettle hop of Simcoe & Strata, but adding in some new hops(KRUSH,DOLCITA & NECTARON) that have crossed over from Experimental to be a consistent product. This is a bright, flavorful, citrus and tropical fruit bomb, perfect for the spring weather. Never stop exploring the unknown!

Oh my! Big milkshake eye. Rocky head does not fade. Nose is slight rubber hose with mild pineapple aroma. Quite bitter on the uptake but with a sortah perfumed tinted fruity taste in the background. Quite unique when compared to most typical IPA. Perfume taste seems to increase toward the finish.
