Brewed with WeldWerks — a meeting point between Medianoche and Eunoche.

Our first collab with them, Eunoche, was an absolute hit. Coconut with Hazelnut. We kept the massive coconut addition in place, but subbed in Macadamia Nut in place of the hazelnut and we have another banger.

This imperial stout spent time in Heaven Hill, Henry McKenna 10-Year, and Elijah Craig 8-Year barrels before resting on coconut and macadamia nut. Rich chocolate and dark roast lead, layered with caramelized sugar, toasted coconut, and a deep, nutty sweetness.

Barrel character shows through in waves of oak, vanilla, and a warm, lingering finish that ties it all together.
