Our modern West Coast IPA inspired by the unholy collision of Little Shop of Horrors and Alien is back, and this batch may be the hungriest yet.
Built on a lean, snappy base and loaded up with Simcoe, Mosaic and Waimea, this version gets an extra shot of Waimea Hop Kief from our friends at Freestyle Hops, layering in waves of sticky citrus, resinous pine, crushed tropical fruit and that deep saturated hop character we can’t get enough of.
There’s something about Hop Kief that pushes an IPA into another dimension. Everything gets louder. More expressive. More alive. Almost like it’s evolving on its own.

Draft at AE, 5/16/26. Mostly clear gold, heavy white head, strong lace. Grassy, pine, pineapple, melon. White grape and grass notes. Bright and refreshing. Tasty stuff.
