Maibock literally means “May Bock”, a traditional German lager brewed for spring.
Pale gold with a soft honeyed malt backbone and a floral lift from classic noble hops. Light toast, clean finish, and a steady 6.3% that carries without getting in the way.
Brewed with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Magnum, alongside Vienna and Pilsner malts. A traditional style we’ve wanted to brew for a while, made for the shift into spring.

Poured from the tap @ 4W Beachhouse. Clear-ish blonde gold with white head. Light bready malt with light honey and a hint of floral bittering hops. Smooth.
