Rosa Kinn er eit lett og friskt øl med bringebær. Utgangspunktet er ein lys maltbase som vert syrna med ein kultur mjølkesyrebakteriar i meiskekaret over natta. Når ølet er kome på sekundærtank tilsett vi friske bringebær frå Fresvik i Sogn. Resultatet er eit fruktig syrleg øl med akkurat høveleg smak av bringebær. Rosa Kinn passar svært godt som apperitif eller til fruktdessertar.

Pours slightly hazy copper with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, raspberries and some spices. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter with a long raspberry finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ Scooper Tasting in Ulfborg. Pours murky pink grapefruit with small off-white head. Bitter aroma wi notes of fruit and pepper. Sourish flavour, with mild, bitter, hoppy notes, touches of spice, and watery overtones. Mild, acetic finish. Not my knd of fun but acceptable.

Big slightly fizzy longlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet concentrated fruity, grain, sweet raspberries, hay, grass, raspberry candy. Taste is slightly dry, light malts, hay, herbs, grass, raspberries, hints of cardboard and grain. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Fair enough.

750 ml bottle. Unclear orange body with a big pinkish head. Light aroma with a hint of raspberry and not much more. Flavor is mild and fruity with raspberry and some spices, not much bitterness. Body feels a bit thin and watery and moderate in aftertaste. For sure refreshing, but the beer part of this feels to discrete and anonymous. Could easily be a regular soft drink with raspberry and fruit. Not too keen on soda pops and fruit drinks. On the positive side, the raspberry flavor is without any doubt real, no artificial shit here.
