Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - golden yellow and clear with a lacy white head and steady carbonation.
Nose - dank, hard herbs and biscuit.
Taste - lime, grapefruit, light grassy and biscuit backdrop.
Palate - light bodied, creamy middle and crisp finish.
Overall - crisp but could be a bit more bitter still.
