A smooth White Stout, soft and pillowy with beechwood smoke, green Arabica coffee beans, vanilla and cacao husks gently woven together. Complex, balanced and beautiful, but is it a a Stout? Wake up and smell the coffee....

Can from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - deep yellow to orange (not white) with a creamy white head. Very gentle carbonation.
Nose - chocolate and toffee with some roast coffee on the edge.
Taste - rich cinder toffee, roasty mocha coffee and woodsmoke.
Palate - medium to full bodied, rich and sweet and creamy, but then with a roasty finish.
Overall - wonderful stuff, though I was definitely originally sceptical.
